The system respects your defined schedules, connected calendars, and existing events to avoid conflicts. Each booking creates a confirmed calendar event with automatic notifications for both host and invitee. #### At a Glance * **Schedule-based availability** → Booking Links respect your Motion schedules and connected calendars to only display open time slots. * **Attendance requirements** → Define who must attend (host, co-hosts, or team members) before a slot can be booked. * **Buffer time** → Add padding before and after meetings to protect focus time. * **Meeting limits** → Cap the number of bookings per day to prevent overload. * **Event details** → Customize meeting name, location (link or address), and agenda. * **Guests** → Invite additional attendees beyond the main invitee. * **Reminders** → Automatic reminder emails are sent before meetings to reduce no-shows. * **Email signature** → Booking Links can be embedded in your signature for easy access. * **Invitee questions** → Collect custom information (e.g., topic, goals, notes) during booking to prepare in advance. --- # Agent Instructions This documentation is published with GitBook.
